Ingredients (for pizza base):-
- Wheat flour 250gr
- 1/2 cup maida(optional hai)
- Curd 1/2 cup (or as required)
- Salt 1/2 tsp(or according to taste)
- Baking powder 1tsp
- Baking soda 1tsp
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp milk
Ingredients (for pizza sauce):-
- 2 tsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp red chili sauce
- 1tsp mayonaise
- 1tsp grated garlic
- 1 capsicum
- 2 medium size onion
- 1 big size tomato
- 1/2 cup mashed paneer
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cheese cubes(as required )
Aap isme apne pasand ki aur bhi vegetables add kar sakte hai. Jaise ki cabbage, carrot, corn, red and yellow bell peppers etc. ๐๐
Method:-
Sabse pehle hume iska base banana hai. Iske liye hum base wale saare ingredients ko ek bowl me daalenge aur acche se mix karenge. Hume curd ko use karte hue ek soft dough banana hai. Hume isme paani nahi daalna hai. Ab hum isse cover kar ke 6-7 hour ke liye chhod denge.
Ab hum dough ko check karenge. Hum dekhenge ki dough acche se phool gaya hai. Ab hum kisi platform par thoda sa oil lagayenge aur dough ko ek baar phir se knead kar lenge. Ab hum is dough ko 8 equal parts me divide kar lenge. Size aap apne according big ya small kar sakte hai. Ab hum isse thoda mota bel lenge aur ek fork ki help se isse god (เคेเคฆ) lenge. Ab hum ek tawa par base daalenge aur cover kar ke 1 min ke liye medium flame par sek lenge. Phir hum is tarah se isse palat kar bhi sek lenge. Isi tarah se hum saare base ready kar lenge.
Ab hum pizza sauce ke saari ingredients ko ek bowl me mix kar ke pizza sauce ready kar lenge.
Now final step:-
Ab hum saare veggies ko slice me cut kar lenge. Ek bowl me saare veggies, mashed paneer, salt or black pepper daal kar mix karenge. Ab hum ek base lenge aur uske upar pizza sauce lagayenge aur phir pizza topping daal kar cheese grate(kaddukas) kar ke daalenge. Ab hum gas tandoor ko 5 min ke liye pre-heat kar lenge aur pizza rakhenge aur cheese melt hone tak bake kar lenge. Hamara homemade pizza ready hai. Apne pasand ke sauce ke saath khaye aur khilaye.
Pizza ko aap kadai me bhi bake kar sakte hai. Iske liye hume kadai ko 5 mins ke liye pre-heat karna hoga aur usme ek stand rakhna hoga. Uske baad hum ek plate me pizza ko rakhenge aur usse stand par rakh denge aur kadai ko cover kar denge. Medium flame par 5 mins bake karenge. Hamara pizza ready hai.๐
