Parwal ki mithai


Namaskar doston, Aaj hum banane jaa rahe hai parwal ki mithai. Doston occasion chahe jo bhi ho bina sweets ke wo adhura sa lagta hai.

Waise bhi festive season start hone jaa raha hai toh har occasion par hi sweets ki demand hogi. Toh aise me har baar alag alag variety ke sweets ho toh kya kehna. Isliye aaj hum banayenge parwal ki mithai. Bahut hi aasani se aur jhatpat se ban jaane wali recipe hai ye.

Toh aaiye shuru karte hai isse banana๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™‚

Ingredients:-

  • Parwal 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 300 gr
  • Khoya/mawa 250 gr
  • Powder sugar 1/4 cup
  • Mix dry fruits 1/4 cup(optional)
  • 2 elaichi powder 
  • 1 pinch baking soda

Method:- 

Sabse pehle hum iski stuffing ready karenge. Iske liye pehle hum mawa ko haathon se mash kar lenge. Ab hum ek pan gas par rakhenge aur isme mawa daalenge aur medium flame par 2 min bhoon lenge. Hume mawa ka color change nahi karna hai. Ab hum isme powder sugar, elaichi powder aur baarik chopped kiye hue dryfruits add karenge aur acche se mix karenge. Gas off kar denge. Stuffing ready hai. Isse thanda hone denge.

Agar hamara mawa dry hai toh hume isse gas par bhoonane ki jarrorat nahi hai. Hum ek bowl me khoya, powder sugar, elaichi powder aur dryfruits daal kar acche se mix kar lenge hamara stuffing ready ho jaayega.

Ab hume parwal ready karna hai. Iske liye hum parwal ko peel off (เค›िเคฒ) lenge. Ab hume isko middle me se aise cut karna hai ki ye upar aur neeche se joint rahe. Jaise hum bharwa parwal banane ke liye karte hai. Ab kisi knife ya fork ki help se hum iske andar ke seeds nikal denge aur andar se khokhala (เค–ोเค–เคฒा) kar denge. Ab hum ek pan me 2 glass paani daal kar boil karenge. Jab paani boil ho jaaye toh isme parwal aur baking soda daal kar 3-4 min ke liye full falme par boil kar lenge. Ab kisi strainer me isse strain kar denge aur thoda thanda hone denge.

Ab hume iski chasni banani hai. Iske liye ek pan me hum sugar aur 1 cup paani daalkar boil karenge. Jab sugar melt ho jaaye aur boil hone lage tab isme parwal daal denge aur pakayenge. Hume parwal ko bahut halke haathon se chalana hai nahi toh toot jaayenge. Ab medium flame par isse cook hone denge.

Jab parwal cook ho jaayega aur yeh sugar syrup absorb kar lega toh hum dekhenge ki chaasni gaadhi ho gayi hai aur parwal transparent ho gaya hai. Yehi iski pehchaan hai. (Chaasni pakte pakte ek taar ki ho jaati hai.) Gas off kar denge. Ab Parwal ko ek plate me alag alag kar ke rakhenge. Ab isse thoda thanda hone denge.

Jab parwal thoda thanda ho jaaye toh isme stuffing bhar lenge. Apne choice ke dryfruits se garnish karenge aur acche se thanda hone denge. Chahe toh freeze me rakh kar thanda kare.

Tips:- 

  1. Parwal medium size ka le. 
  2. Paani me baking soda daal kar boil karne se parwal ka color green hi rehta hai
  3. Isme stuffing bahut zyada dry rakhhne ki jarrorat nahi hoti. Thoda sa moist stuffing iske liye perfect hota hai.
