Aaj jo sweet hum banane jaa rahe hai uska naam hai mohanthal. Jee haan bilkul sahi suna aapne. Bahut hi soft or tasty mohanthal ab ghar par banaye bahut hi aasani se. Toh aaiye start karte hai isse banana☺☺

Ingredients:-
- 500 gr besan (thoda mota peesa hua)
- 400 gr Sugar
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Desi ghee 400 gr
- 4 elaichi powder
- Chopped badam (for garnish)
Method:-
Sabse pehle hum besan me milk aur 50 gr ghee(lagbhag 5tsp) daal kar milayenge. Dono haathon se khoob acche se mix karenge.ye thoda thoda guntha hua jaisa lagega. Ab hum ise cover kar ke 10 mins ke liye rakh denge. 10 min baad hum besan ko mixer me daal kar chala lenge. Isse ye danedar powder jaisa ho jaayega. Mixer me chalane se poora besan ek jaisa danedaar or bina lumps ka taiyar ho jaayega.
Ab hum ek pan lenge or gas on karenge isme hamare paas jitna bacha hua ghee hai uska aadha daalenge. Ghee jab halka garam ho jaayega tab hume isme besan daalna hai. Ab hum isse medium to low flame par lagatar chalate hue sek lenge. Kareeb 10 min baad iska color change hone lagega. Ab hum isme bacha hua ghee bhi daal denge or sek lenge. Dhyan rahe hume flame full nai karni hai. Kareeb 10 mins baad hamara besan acche se sik jaayega. Hum dekhenge ki iska color change ho gaya hai or isme se khusboo aa rahi hai. Now final step:-
Hum ek pan lenge or usme sugar daal denge or same quantity me water daal denge or chasni bana lenge. Hume 1 taar se thodi zyada gaadhi chasni banani hai. Ab hum isme elaichi powder daal denge. Ab ismoe besan daalenge or full flame par lagatar chalate rahenge. 5 min baad pan ghee chhod dega. Ab aap pehle se greese ki hui tray me is mixer ko daal dijiye or kisi spoon ki help se eksaar faila dijiye. Upar se dry fruits se garnish karenge. 10 mins baad knife ki help se mann chahe shape me cut kar lenge.
Lijiye aapka super yummy mohanthal ready hai. Friends aapko lagega ki ye toh normal besan barfi hai but yakeen maaniye iska taste normal barfi se ekdum different hota hai. Ek baar jarror try kare difference aap khud jaan jaayenge.๐๐
Tips:-
Agar aapko kam quantity me banana ho toh saare ingredients half kar dijiye. Ratio wahi rahega.
Sugar aap apne taste ke according thodi kam ya zyada kar sakte hai.
Besan sekne par agar ghee kam lage toh thoda se ghee or add kar le.
