Ingredients:-
- 2 ltr milk
- 1 tsp maida/cornflour
- 250gr sugar
- 1 tb sp lemon juice
- chopped dryfruits
- elaichi powder
- kesar
- yellow food color(optional)
Method:- sabse pehle hum rasgulla banayenge uske liye 1 ltr milk ko boil karenge jab milk boil ho jaaye toh gas off kar denge ab usme thoda thoda karke lemon juice daalenge jisse milk fat jaayega or hamara chhena taiyar ho jaayega usse thoda thanda hone denge phir kisi patle kapde me chhan lenge or uska saara paani drain kar denge phir usse 1/2 hour k liye kisi bhaari cheez k neeche daba denge uske baad usse 1 plate me nikal lenge phir usme maida add karenge or khoob acche se 7-8 min tak mix karenge hum dekhenge ki hamara chhena chikna ho jaayega ab usse apni pasand k size ki goli bana lenge goli ekdum chikna hona chahiye koi cracks nai hona chahiye ab ek bade bartan me 250gr sugar or 1 ltr paani daal k boil karenge jab paani boil ho jaaye tab usme goli daal k 15-20 min full flame par dhak kar pakayenge phir gas off kar denge hamare rasgulle ready hai 5-6 hour thada hone rakhenge phir ek pan me ek ltr milk boil karenge jab milk aadha reh jaaye tab usme 4 tsp sugar add karenge phir usme elaichi powder,dryfruits or doodh me bhiga hua kesar add karenge flame off kar denge or thoda thanda hone denge phir usme rasgulla ko chasni me se nikal kar haath se thoda daba kar daal denge phir acche se thanda hone denge thanda ho jaane k baad dryfruits se garnish karke thanda thanda serve kare khud khaye sab ko khilaye☺
Tips:-rasmalai banane k liye agar rasgulla ek din pehle bana le hum toh zyada accha rehta hai rasgulla banane k liye cow milk ya tonned milk best hota hai☺
