Aaj main aap sab ke saath gulabjamun banane ki jo traditional receipe hai wo share karne jaa rahi hoon toh chaliye banana shuru karte hai
Ingredients:-
400 gr khoya
200 gr chhena
100 gr maida
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 kg sugar
5 elaichi ka powder
1 lemon ka juice
Chopped dryfruits for filling
Dryfruits for garnishing
Ghee for fry
Method:-
Sabse pehle hum sugar syrup ready kar lete hai iske liye hum sugar me 1 ltr water daal kar boil karenge hume sugar ko itna boil karna hai ki wo bas thodi si chipchipi (sticky) ho jaaye dhyan rahe hume taar nai banana hai phir hum isme ilachi powder add karenge or lemon juice daalenge jisse chasni jamegi nai. Ab hum ek bade bowl ya badi thali me khoya chhena or maida daal k khoob acche se mix karenge isme hum 1/4tsp baking soda add karenge hume apni hatheli se press karte hue mixer ko acche se mix karte hue ek soft dough banana hai ab hum is dough se chhoti chhoti balls bana lenge balls k beech me hum baarik kata hua dryfuit daalenge or phir acche se gol kar lenge balls me koi cracks nai hone chahiye balls ke beech me dryfruits daalne se ander se gaanth nai banti or gulabjamun me ander tak chasni chali jaati hai or wo soft bante hai isi tarah se hum saare balls bana lenge phir ek pan me ghee garam karenge dhyan rahe ghee bahut zyada garam nai hona chahiye hume halka garam ghee hi chahiye phir low to medium flame par fry kar le or halka garam chasni me gulabjamun daal de jab saare gulabjamun chasni me dal jaaye tab ek baar chasni ko 5 min k liye phir boil kar le 1 hour aise hi dhak kar rakhe uske baad apni pasand k dryfruits se garnish kare or ghar k bane swadist gulabjamun khaye or khilaye๐๐

2. Aap beech me dryfruits ki jagah ilachi Powder ya kishmish ya phir meethe makhane bhi fill kar sakti hai
3. Aise toh hum gulabjamun kisi bhi vegetable oil ya ghee me fry kar sakte hai bt desi ghee me fry karne se iska taste bahut hi badhiyan aata hai
4. Khoya or chhena ekdum fresh use kare
5. Gulabjamun ko garam karne ke liye aap double boiler process ka use kare
