Ingredients:-
- Maida 1 nd half bowl
- Aata 1/2 bowl
- Sooji 1/4 bowl
- Urdal daal 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- 2 green chilli
- 1 inch ginger
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp kasoori meethi
- 1 tsp cummin seeds(saboot jeera)
Method:-
Sabse pehle urad daal ko acche se wash karke 4- 5 hour k liye paani me soak kar denge. Uske baad iska paani nikal kar isse mixer me grind kar lenge grind karte tym isme green chilli or ginger add karenge or thoda water daal kar fine paste ready kar lenge. Ab ek bowl me maida, aata, or sooji lenge isme salt red chilli powder jeera or kasoori meethi add karenge phir urad dal ka paste daal kar dough bana lenge dough banane k liye hume paani ka use bahut hi kam karna hai urad daal k mix se hi dough banana hai dhyan rahe dough normal kachori ke jaisa hi banega ab is dough ko cover kar ke 15 min ke liye rest denge uske baad dough ko ek baar phir se thoda sa oil lagakar acche se masal le phir uski chhoti chhoti loi bana le or bel le ek pan me ghee garam kare or sabhi kachori ko low to medium flame par fry kar le high flame par fry karne se kachori crispy nai hongi or ander se kacchi bhi reh jaayegi isliye kachori fry karte tym flame ka dhyan rakhe. Garam garam club kachori apni pasand ki sabzi chhole dahi ya achar k saath khaye or khilaye. Maine toh isse aalu chane ki ras wali sabzi k saath banaya tha aap jaise chahe waise bannaye. Khaye khilaye or wah wahi le ๐๐๐
