Baarish ka mausam start ho chuka hai or is mausam garam garam aaloo k parantha khane ka maza hi kuch alag hai.bahut hi simple si recipe hai iski
Ingredients:-(4 person)
- Whole wheat flour 2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Boiled nd mashed potatoes 2 cup
- Green chilli chhoped
- Corainder leaves one handful chopped
- Onion 1 finally chopped
- 5 garlic chopped
- 1 incch ginger grated
- Red chilli powder
- Kasoori meethi 1 tsp
Method:-
Sabse pehle aata me salt mila k normal aata laga lenge phir cover kar k 10 min rest denge. Tab tak hum stuffing ready karenge, potato me saare ingredients mix kar k acche se mila lenge uske baad aata ki ek loi banayenge or usse thoda bel lenge then usme stuffing bharenge phir usse acche se band kar lenge or bahut hi halke haath se thoda sookha aata lagate hue bel lenge then garam tawa par daal kar butter ya desi ghee se dono side se golden brown or crisp hone tak sek lenge. Garam garam prantha aachar chai ya phir dahi k saath enjoy kare
Tip:-punjabi parantha ka real taste tabhi aata hai jab usse desi ghee ya butter me banaya jaaye๐
